Alpe Adria meeting 2012

Swiss SERVAS hosts, Helen Heim Hueber and Vreny Boesch organised an annual gathering of hosts from Germany, Slovakia, Austria, Italy, France and Switzerland and suggested Richard and I join them. With few details other than the hostel where most of us stayed we welcomed the chance to see Helen again and see the Lake Konstanz area. Read more [137 KB]

Servas was founded by Bob Luitweiler on the basis of Work- Travel – Education. Many of us have noticed travel becoming de dominant theme of Servas and we worry at mettings about rivalry with Couchsurfers and others and declining membership.
